The Steady Network

The Steady is a network of experienced campaign professionals who work with prospective campaign staffers by providing a support network, and opportunities to grow a resilient career in politics and public service. My involvement with the group was to create a brand identity that would attract young political staffers and invoke a welcoming environment where they would feel comfortable seeking mentorship. I based the color palette on traditional political red and blue, and created a play on those colors to keep the look of the branding fresh with the addition of iconography that can be used in multiple marketing capacities.
