Splash!

Splash! was a local art studio in Colorado Springs, which hosted weekly painting and wine classes, along with other local events. Under new ownership, the business was looking to sharpen their logo in preparation for rolling out new projects in the works. My mission was to create a bold design that was intended to grab the eye. With that, I drew inspiration from Swiss posters, which use double tetradic colors to create contrast and engage the viewer. Given its namesake, Splash! was a place covered head to toe in drippings of paint, so it was natural to select vibrant, out of the box color combinations.
